At Carolina Gym Supply, we stand behind the quality of our gymnastics equipment and want to ensure your facility is fully satisfied. If your order doesn't meet your training needs, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our North Carolina distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
