What is the typical lead time for custom gymnastics mats?
Standard lead times for custom-made mats and padding are typically 4 to 6 weeks, though this can vary based on seasonal demand and production schedules.
How are large items like balance beams and uneven bars shipped?
Large equipment is shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. We recommend having a loading dock or a forklift available, otherwise, a liftgate service must be requested at checkout.
Do you offer installation services for gym equipment?
Yes, Carolina Gym Supply offers professional installation services for full gym build-outs, including pit foam installation, wall padding, and fixed apparatus anchoring.
What is your return policy on equipment?
Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom-colored mats and custom-sized landing pits are non-returnable.
